No, he isn't a faiz no sekai rider, he's from my friend Johnny Souji(and JS means his name XD). Well he got 3 forms: J; JS and Infinity.
J is the normal form
JS is the White, blue and red form that double hist atributes but got a time limit
INfinity, the last one, the one that got a looking like helmet of Ryuki, is his final form that he can get more equipements (now i do'nt how which ones like Faiz or like G3) and don't got time limit
