Description
I've been messing around with making icons lately and thought this method of cleaning up/coloring crappy quality screencaps and images might be useful to some people.Enjoy!

Oops! Did you download the plugin and you just don't understand it, or is that part of my tutorial just not well-written?

I wish I was there so I could see exactly what's going wrong. :/ Are you opening NeatImage before or after you have an image open in Photoshop? I haven't used NI in awhile but just now for a test I opened up a random picture in PS, then went to Filter > Neat Image > Reduce noise and the plugin popped up with the picture in there.

Oh, not a problem at all! I'm interested in getting this to work out for you. Try this: Open the 'naked' program as you put it, and go to File > Open Input Image and open up whatever image you want to try, then go to the Device Noise Profile tab, hit Auto Profile, and go from there. See if that works!
