Wow - i really like it, only one problem, with 17 links permanently affixed to the left side of my start menu, the java logo is stretched too long, and distorted. Maybe have a look at that? I don't have any criticism to offer - the buttons might look cooler in darker shades, with more of a "shine" effect, but all in all - I think it's really very nice. Thank you for your work and for sharing.

Just make buttons a bit darker than titlebar and put into simple white icons/symbols.
