Brief History
16807 Rampant Gear is one of the monitors of Installation 06. The other is 16807 Mental Illusionist. Rampant Gear and Mental Illusionist hated each other they were totally different. Rampant Gear liked to meet new life forms,and make friends, while Mental Illusionist liked to kill and harm Organic lifeforms. Rampant Gear made many excuses to keep the Halos from firing, but eventually the Forerunners had no Choice, but to fire the Halos. Rampant Gear took the Deaths of all the forerunners Badly wondering why it had to be so, while Mental Illusionist enjoyed to watch them die immediately afterwards Rampant Gear banished Mental Illusionist and told him to never return to the ring, after that day he Vowed he would never allow the rings to ever fire again so no more lives would be lost, and also vowed he would find a way to completely Eradicated the flood Completely. He is called Rampant Gear because he admits to going Rampant, he is Rampant because he does not want to fire the ring unlike other moniters who want to do it. He is allies with Eaite 'Oodat(ee).

Defense Mechanisms
He was Armed with a very powerful Sentinel Beam, which could also Stun, and he is also equipped with a super strong energy shield and with his protective casing makes him very dangerous in a fight but he is very peaceful unless provoked. You can tell when he is provoked because he turns orange.
