So you create an original, and then are able to create a mold from than and duplicate it.. Its like old school 3D printing. XD

hmm wow I'm a novice to mold making so never mind me,.. but wow looks like you made the mother mold(hard shell) first with a half inch gap around original. Then you poured in the (what looks like) liquid rubber (silicone?) and some how, all on its own, it found all the detail without any air bubbles being trapped.
I have no where near the balls to try that yet. But looks like the professional way to go about it Alot fast than brushing on first layer of silicone then building up layers then making mother mold.
I noticed you make a seam on the rubber part. So you can use this again? Did not see the seam in the photo's but its on the last 2.
Anyways thanks for the photo's ..I think its time to leave the comfort zone!

you mean airbubbles in the casting, or in the rubber? i have a vacuum chamber to debubblize the urethane before pouring it to get rid of the air bubbles.
the 'seam' is so it keys back together keeping the edges from shifting, reducing the mold line in the casting.

ya air bubbles in the casting. ...just amazed the urethane found all the areas without trapping air anywhere, specially in the under cut areas. Thanks for the reply. I'll have to try it that way.

'Vitaflex 20'from Smooth-on Http://www.smooth-on.com was used for the rubber, FGR and fiberglass sheeting was used for the shells.
