well. this gets a little complicated. see the linked CWS page for everything. If you don't wanna go there, here's the simple version:

's,z,f,v,x,l,j,i,e,o,u,a' are the same as their IPA counterparts,
m = ṽ
n = l̃
g = ɣ
q = ɣ̃
y = ɨ
h = ɑ / ɦ̩*
consonants become palatalized before 'j' 
vowels become nasalized between nasal consonants.
'l' and 'n' become velarized when near 'x' 'g' or 'q'

additionaly there are many alternate versions of consonants when before the vowels 'i,y, and u' notably:
'f' and 'v' become 'ɸ' and 'β' 
's' and 'z'  become 'ɕ̻' and 'ʑ̻'
'x' and 'ɣ' become 'ç' and 'ʝ'

you might notice the complete lack of plosive, and yes, i know that's weird, but the race that this conlang was made for cannot make plosives.
