Johnny Inflation — Description
Well in the episode "Tom and Johnny" when Johnny gets turned into a mouse and Mr Mittens chases him only for him to inflate him with air and use a heater to turn him into a balloon filled with hot air so he'll float away.

Here is Mr Mittens getting his revenge on Johnny, in his original form, the same way as he was humiliated by the mischievous little flaming headed mouse!
