CWC: Death's Entourage — Description
"I had never seen a more disciplined gathering of soldiers until I saw them emerge from the horizon. But something was off about them- from where I was, I could only hear the cadence of their SPAR suits matched with the troop steps. No chatter. Their gaze was also set forward, and the glow of their visors were a deep, yet bright crimson- noticeable as if some kid was shining a laser pointer at your eyes. Cloaked in smoke stains and chars, weapons at a low-ready with only their bleeding red arms exposed- truly those men had just returned from hell."

-"They were obviously just returning to base though, correct Commander?"

"No, General. Those Red Arms were heading into another hell."

A good old impulse draw of mine! I was listening to some intense work out music while I was at the gym doing some "prison walks" with some heavy weight plates in my hands. Whenever I'm working out, I usually have a stonecold killer type of aura about me- usually comes out when I'm extremely focused. As I was doing those laps, I thought of the Red Arm Battalion and figured that mindset is what I needed to capture their essence into this piece! Relentless, emotionless and steadfast in accomplishing the mission despite the struggle and pain.
