I really like how the texture is both smooth and rough in places, how did you achieve that? I know you have tools listed but I'm not sure what they mean.

well i ussualy would use a rougher pencil , and when i blend it tends to leave a rough look , or a charcoal pencil, when blended with a tissue would leave rough patches, where if you use a fine grain pencil then blend it , it comes out smoother. hope i could help

That's really cool! It gives it a really stylized appearance, which looks amazing on her garment especially. It's really fantastic, I can't get over it.
