Something about this base feels different from your normal style while still staying true to it. She's a gorgeous base. I love her face and I love the subtle anti-aliasing/shading.

I'd also like to make a quick point if I may. Not crediting a base maker can aggravate them. The more it happens the less likely future bases will be made public. Don't poke the adorable bear!
I LOVE YOUR BASES! Especially in this kind of style. I do hope you'll make more in the future.

so when i saw this in my box one of the thoughts that ran through my head is that it was a really neat pose and would def be thief-bait and here in your comment-section is the very argument that would be had if someone did in fact repurpose this base. weird

If they don't provide a link back, they're violating the terms of the usage license, which can be found here . First time offenders get polite reminders to link back; repeat offenders get a notice to cease and desist. If that is ignored, I then contact the offender's hosting provider, or the administration of the website the offender is using, to have the piece removed.
Creator credit is the only thing my usage license requires, even for commercial work created using my bases. Using my bases is considered agreement to the terms of the license. Frankly, it is lazy, rude, and illegal to not provide that link back. I have the legal right as property owner to control what happens to the things I create.

If you're going to argue with the answer, why bother to ask at all? Stealing is a dick move. Period. End of statement.
Basically, if you don't see the point in following my usage license, don't use my bases. That's all.

Its seen as stealing or claiming as your own.
Dolling is more of a collaboration than anything, not crediting the other half of the work done just isn't polite nor fair.

Its impolite and to some it is considered stealing considering you didn't link back or say who the other half was done by.
Think of it as if you drew lineart or something of that sort and someone colored it, posted it and didn't mention you.

Personally I don't mind as long as you credit me but other basemakers are different. If you're unsure of how you can use this base specifically, I would ask dnya.

With anything you post on the internet its bound to get stolen so its just their choice. Crediting is different for everyone. For base-makers they can spend a decent amount of time working on the base so not crediting them is just extremely rude and could even be considered stealing.
Personally, if someone used one of the bases (my base sets typically take a little bit everyday for a week to finish) and didn't credit me I wouldn't be happy.
Yes it is a resource but that doesn't mean that you should forget to link back. Similar to if you use a stock image or reference for your work.

Besides the whole stealing/impolite thing, people do it to increase their popularity. I always give credit to people, because they deserve it (:
