...I just couldn't find a name
Its not one of my best but I thought I would post it anyway just to get myself back into creating.
I do have an idea for a series of flames that I thought of just while writting this description.

Solar Flare might've been good--at the very top of this it reminds me of solar prominences.
I think you might want to frame this a little more tightly and leave less black around it, but that's just me.

actually ... I did this at work (Shhhhh!) and I only have MS Paint here so I didn't bother doing anything to it .... just raw Apo!!

You would think so being a dual processor Xeon and 4Gb Ram ..............but it has a really hard time with Apo!!!

Probably the videocard. When I got mine upgraded out of sheer luck, the render times got MUCH FASTER as this current card has the equivalent of a 1GHz proc in its capabilities. Took the load off the poor proc and RAM.
And you see, when rendering Apo, apparently the video card makes a lot of difference. So if your work put in all the meaty stuff, and skimped on the card....now you know why your Apo's got problems there.
