I just started out using ps, and I'm not quite sure how to add "depth", ya know?

Its fine.
Same here, I have no idea how to literally add blood.
Unless its on skin, cause then the burn tool uses it nicely.
I did that my zombie pictures, so they looked more 3D.
Creative idea though.
