Not an expert but the wet skin shader seems to be working extremely well with how wet the skin seems. Leaving that aside, enjoyed the enf picture of the bikini oops, the amusement and shock of others, the hands moving to cover.

Yes, it's wet and tanned skin by V3Digitimes, it has also a lot of options.
Tried to make some wet skin myself, but without mapping it looks not that realistic, so I've bought this one when it was at sale.
