it might be named something else! So try and do it with ONLY AL loaded, so you can see what name the AL tabs are named

I put the si down to 0.0, but it's still way too bright

Find the yellow box at the bottom, and at the bottom left of that box, change the number to 0.5 (or lower or higher if you wish) to make it dim down. Change it to 2.0 (or lower or higher) to make it light up brighter.Β

i tried it on butterfly and it works great, but it makes little glow on my other models hair, even i didn`t touch them((( maybe you can tell why is it happens??

Autoluminous is supposed to make everything glow, automatically. Anything that's supposed to glow. It also adds a little glow to some things. So it's probably the hair itself. You might wanna take a look a the number to the far right of the middle color while editing the hair in pmd/pmx lowering it, or making the color black should help.Β

can you make a tutorial on how to use Workingfloor.fx ive looked everywhere and all i find is workingfloor tutorials for .x files and none for .fx files

ok but, .fx files can't be opened in mmd, they can be applied to an object? sometimes? and should work the same as an .x file when you do the thing?
Otherwise I got no idea how to help you because I myself don't know why you would have problems with working floor. They usually work automatically unless you're making your own, and in that case you should look up how to make a working floor, not how to operate one.Β
