EDIT: I made his eyelashes a bit shorter! I'll just reserve my "feminine long eyelash style" for the drawings of my own characters. ;D
I said I'd make Team 7 next... Well, Sai is a part of Team 7!
This time I used ink textures from CGtextures.com in the background and foreground. I also tried to revert back a bit to the first Naruto Battlefield drawings in terms of skin shading! A bit more anime-ish, if you will.

No problem! 
I have hair on a separate layer. I right-click it and choose "Select pixels". Then Edit --> Paste Into. That way the texture is pasted on a new layer, but only covers the hair and not the skin/eyes/background/clothes and so on. I then change the layer mode to Overlay. After that I open Levels (Image --> Adjustments --> Levels) and pull the arrows up and down until the darkness/contrast looks the way I want it to look.

Out of everyone you've done, which are all awesome BTW, I don't so much like Sai's.
His face looks alittle of for him for some reason. It might be his eyes, but he's too feminine.
