CONNECTIONS:
Both are dark gods from extremely powerful sci fi series, born as far weaker beings under different names (The Scarlet King used to be known as Harak, and Oryx used to be known as Aurash.)
Both were granted incredible knowledge beyond any others of their kind (with Oryx being privy to the teachings of the Worms and the Scarlet King being aware of an knowledgeable on the "futility of mortality and creation.")
This lead to them slaying their siblings in an attempt to keep themselves alive and accrue more power.
In their quest for power they where given many titles

(The Scarlet King has; Shormaush Urdal, Son of the Third Brood, the Devourer of Worlds, the Dread Devourer, the Crimson Monarch, the King Who Rose from the Bleeding, Lord of the Throne of Despair, Defiler of Worlds, g-Rapist King, and SCP-001)
Their both the father's of many different monsters and entities that where discovered by the main sci fi groups of their worlds (such as Crota, SCP 682, Halak, SCP 999 etc.)
