He uses a broken lamp post pole that he had taken from his neighbourhood, using it more so as a tentative swinger/bat for close-combat as well as deflecting blows with it. However, due to its bad condition, he has to be cautious of how much he uses it and how many hits it's taken.

- He can cook decently and loves to especially make sandwiches, his favourite recipe to make a mean egg sandwich (he'll share them with you)
- He's never one to back down from a challenge, be it a running race to a board game (blame his stupidity for this)
- When fighting he gives it his absolute all, taking it as a challenge that he'll win and bring his passion to the floor
- Impetuous when speaking, he seems to have no filter and most of his words are usually wrongly said and (unintentionally) rude; He is not a smooth talker at all

While his first impression is a rude and somewhat temperamental individual who's difficult to work with, Peter is quite the socialite, eager to meet others and make bonds. Having a curious mindset about the world, his eyes stare to the stars and beyond wondering just what lies ahead; because to him there's always more people to meet, more places to go and more steps to take. He loves to aim high, his high ambitions fuelled by passion and will. This drive pushes him a little further to reach his goals, because he truly believes in his heart he can reach them, this being his optimism. One try is always better than nothing to him.
Like everyone though, he has his faults. Peter is quite the insecure guy, frequently comparing himself to others and doubting his abilities. Due to this, he has an inferiority complex and is easily aggravated when people point out his flaws or test him, reacting irrationally with abrupt insults. To him, the words are a blow to the effort he puts in and it throws him off. His irrationality however challenges him to work harder, because he knows he can be better.
In special regards to his speaking, Peter finds it awkward forming meaningful sentences due to some small comprehension problems and internally panics about messing up his answers especially if the conversation topic is serious. He prefers letting others speak for him since he has trouble holding back his tongue, saying things that he doesn't mean or being downright (unintentionally) rude in a general conversation. Finally, the guy is overprotective of his friends, sticking close by and watching over them to the point it may get annoying. However, he'll frequently deny such trait if and when they bring it up.

"You know, it wasn't always like this. We weren't always together chasing dreams.
Hell, we damn right hated each other. Actually we still do. Heh, that stupid f-cking loser."
Peter and Perry had been neighbours, their first true meeting quite a hilarious one. A tin can had accidentally been thrown over his fence by a 5 year old Perry, hitting the 6 year old Peter smack-bang in the middle of his forehead. A scream later and Peter's parents rushed out to see their son's face covered in blood, all the while gawking as the child quickly hung over the fence yelling at Perry. With a quick apology from both sets of parents, the children soon began to interact. Constant battles and challenges, taunts, insults. The two were always at each others' necks, and from their rowdiness, they brought the other kids of the neighbourhood along with them. Their voices brought joy to their street, born in the poorer side of Diamond city in which everyone welcomed and reached for it.
Now asides from trying to kill each other, the children had their time every afternoon where they, and the rest of the children, chilled and met the storyteller of the street. An old man named Gary who constantly spoke stories of his son's heroic and encouraging adventures: a man who had set off into the world to try and change it, believing he could make it better for his father. The kids' eyes filled with awe day after day as they listened to the stories, thinking how cool that man was. These stories continued until Peter was 14, when eventually the man had died. But from his death, both Peter and Perry were inspired to make him proud and to continue his son's duty. And so with a truce, the two set off.
They began helping out those in their street as well as try to fix their neighbourhood, but soon realized that without the money they just couldn't do anything. Listening in about how the rich of Diamond City treated those of the poor, leaving them to fend for themselves, they were filled with determination to set these wrongdoings correct. Soon The GG was formed: The Gary Gang, and the two began recruiting kids of their neighbourhood that had the same aim. Starting with making piles of cans and rocks and seeing how fast they would be able to snatch the pieces, as well as hosting fitness activities, the gang began training themselves to get ready to start their goal.
Sneaking through the richer suburbs of Diamond City, they began to terrorise those who lived there: swindling and winning in gambling stalls, stealing whatever items they could carry, pickpocketing tradesmen they passed by on the street. All the while Peter and Perry kept up their rivalry: who could steal more, who would escape faster, who had more guts. They constantly believed what they were doing, their thieving, was for the good of their community. You could even say they were blinded by their goal. They also utilized their luck and age to escape from unsuspecting officials; nobody believed a pack of poor, scruffy kids were the cause of these thieving antics, eyes turning away from them.
With the money they took and received from selling their other items, they began to fix up their community. Even their parents and the rest of the adults of the street soon gave into their behaviour, accepting it due to being tired of being in such poverty and circumstances and even encouraging them to continue with their little act. It took 3 years when Peter reached 17 at the time, but soon their hard work had paid off, the neighbourhood flourishing due to the GG.
The two soon decided it would be time to set off and help any other towns that would be of need of assistance as well. So with their heads held high, they handed their leadership down to their juniors and stole themselves a couple mementos from their street to protect themselves just in case: A lamp post and a stop sign. In this way, they could remember where they had grown up, remember what their goal was, remember who they were.
Through the two years of their journey, they helped out as many various Wastelanders that they passed and came across information about a group called 'The Lost Ones', who were said to be helping those in need as well. Thinking that they would be closer to filling Old Man Gary's, as well as their dream, they set out to seek the group in hopes to become members to continue their legacy of helping, rebuilding, and hoping to change Wasteland back to its paradise.

- Was born 3 minutes earlier than Perry, and always relishes using this as his 'I'm older' excuse
- He is awkward and confused in terms of sexuality and isn't the smoothest of talkers when he's speaking to anyone he fancies - "f-ck sh-t uh hi nicetomeetu howare yo-you i m e a n yeah nic e talk kthxbai--"
- Gets absolutely pissed when Perry gets swarmed by girls because "wow wtf is so great about him smh"
- Despite being shorter and slightly weaker in terms of physical strength smh, he has a much higher pain tolerance and stamina than Perry
- His eyes are probably his best charm point, they're rather unique: as well as being pink, there's 3 green dots in them as well as a ring-like iris formation
- Asides from challenges, he loves participating in dumpster diving and gambling sessions
- One day through rummaging in the trash, he found a fedora and as a joke gave it to Perry, but to his surprise Perry fell in love with it and now never takes it off
- When he heard about Perry wanting to be a spy, he told him that "u can't be one unless i am too" which explains their sharing of the same alias of "Agent P"
- Perry tends to wake Peter up at night because he freaks out about the dark, and well, Peter dislikes not getting enough sleep, ending up grouchy to others because of it
- He also dislikes thunder because it wakes him up easily, and seems to be slightly anxious when storms are brewing
- There's a small scar on his forehead caused by the tin-can, covered over by a bandaid as well as his hair
- Used to play baseball on the streets when he was a kid and still loves to practice batting with his weapon
- Can dance, but gets easily embarrassed about it so doesn't do it often in front of others - Look . At . This . Panda Dork . Dancing
- Despite all their fights and useless banter, Peter does care for Perry and would definitely break down if the platypus died or fell into a coma and freak out if he lost a limb

Their rivalry/friendship stands at a "I'm the only one who can kill you so don't die" sort of line. Perry's always there to push his buttons but they're inseparable, bringing out their worst and best sides of each other. They bug each other often, though in the end they know they'll be having each other's back through thick and thin. Peter secretly cares for him a lot, despite how he acts otherwise. As best friends, rivals and "least favourite" brother. Of course, he doesn't admit that.
