what i like about this photo is the fact that you used a gray scale for the background, while leaving the girl in her natural colors. at first glance, her clothes, with patterns similar to the ones of the women around her, indicate that she belongs with them, yet it is the position of her body, turning away from the group, and the sad and distracted look in her eyes that make her stand out and detach from the photo.
i like the title you've chosen, because sometimes it's just as important as the picture itself and it helps the viewer interpret the image placed before him.

Young, beautiful, and marked by a hard life. She looks weary and sad. I like what she's doing in contrast to the other two women. It's a great shot.
