I absolutely ADORE animation, especially handdrawn, but am too lazy to really devote the time needed to do quality schtuff. If I ever get off mah lazy bum, I'll make more (most of the ones made are in Flash). For now, here's a GIF, very rough, of a fox getting the crap beaten out of him. Enjoy his pain!

thanks! i animate with pencil and paper, scan them in, edit each frame in Photoshop, then assemble it in Flash.

wow, im impressed. you should do a tutorial, thats way over my head >_> ive tried animating emoticons in photoshop, but they always look so...choppy i guess. not smooth like this.
