To all the people wanting explanations; learn by example and not by being told what to do. Use your eyes and your brain. Don't give the artist grief because she didn't include words. Those who have a working knowledge of photoshop can figure this one out easily enough. Hell, I did, and I can't draw a straight line with a ruler.

This is very different. Learning maths or how to write an essay is different. In art, you learn by doing it for yourself and your best tool is your eyes and your tools, whatever medium that might be. This tutorial isn't pointless - she's shown you what she's done, step by step visually. Get the hell over it already.
