"Filmed back in the 1940s, this extract from a documented piece of footage was found untouched since its developement in police records and case archives.
For roughly 13 whole minutes, the footage displayed nothing of significant interest, showing some streets and parks and a few hillsides and forests. Once or twice a few men step infront of the camera, most likely part of the film crew.

Then near the end of the tape the camera man became frustrated or terrified, the camera work became unstable and the those who were seen began to flee out of view. Luckily the camera man was able to catch one last piece of significant footage, the last frame shows this image.

Upon analysing the 13 minutes of tape, it was discovered that the tape didnt stop recording, but was cut off deliberately. This has lead to believe that there was more footage to be seen, but we can only guess as to why it was cut short.

Upon converting the raw footage into a digital file, which was a long process due to techincal difficulties, it was even hard then to get a clear image of the last frame.
The indistinguishable facial features give no lead as to who the figure is, or why he was found on the tape.
Neither of the men identified on the film were able to be located, nor the camera man."
