Description
He used to recite his poetryto her on the days his voice felt like honey
because he thought it would make his words sound sweet,
and become worthy of her time.
She would collect them in the hollow of her ear,
and save them for the days when she made her mother breakfast.
Always watching them be spread over a piece of toast,
amazed at how easily a run-on sentence could be swallowed whole.

Why thank you And you're a more amazing metaphorical (that just took me 4 attempts to spell correctly, I hate that word) sister

It's okay, such an ugly word anyway. Why can't everything be real when you want it to.~

I think it's a beautiful sounding word, just a pain to spell when you speed type like I do. And indeed, so true. So many things I wish were real. Like you actually being my sister.

No, it's met-a-for-i-cal. Ugly and disgusting. Simple as that. words like that make me puke.
Ah, we wish for such selfish things. Do you think there is a way to adopt someone as your sibling? I never like to be metaphorical

I rather like it. Haha.
Selfishness is part of who we are. I think there is a way, though it requires so much legal crap and I think you'd have to live with me or vice versa.

I think that seems very hard and perilous for something so simple. Why don't we ignore the law and just pretend? You can do that, can't you?

It does indeed. If only it were so simple.
And I thought that was what were doing anyway dear sister of mine?

Of course, but why should we leave things unspoken when perception is involved?
