commissar, conversion based on a metal and plastic gw miniatures. hat and epaulette sculpted with two part epoxy putty. painting is still lacking, but has improved slightly.Related content

I really like this conversion. Did you use an Officer of the Fleet body with the great coat bits from the newer Tempestus Scions box? As for the paint job, I think you did a great job, especially highlighting the black. The gold trim is also a really nice touch.

Yes, exactly right - officer of the fleet body (right arm and top of the head removed) and scions greatcoat - good eye!
