I like it, but I think the girl's feet should be smaller. I know thats a weird critique, and I know how hard it is to draw feet, but they just stand out too much.

What do you mean? Because of the feet? They do make it cuter, but thats not actually why I like the picture overall. Its because of the activity. It seems true-to-live, like whats going on is fluid motion, not a snapshot or something.

i like th eposterized bg, the cartoon girl in the front and the photo feel of the bg has a weird feeling to it, the bg while feeling liek sum werid dream, and the fg with the feel of a.... well cartoon show, hmm intresting mix

Ooh, very nice. I'm particularly fond of that palm tree! It's so subtle and yet clearly there. . . I think it looks really neat, even though it isn't the focus. Speaking of which, I find it interesting that you title this 'Blimp.'
