Why would it be bad? That's why vendors make and sell them. So others will buy them and use them. Back when I made this, posing from scratch was hard and time consuming so I used prepackaged poses a lot. Now I'm pretty good at it. But why spend the time when so many great vendors have put out so many great pose packages. Even now I start by looking for a pose that's close to what I want and modify it from there. Big time saver.
