Nera dear! Those trimmers come with guide combs to make sure the hair (fur?) isn't cut too short, and the trim is uniform all the way around. It also helps to keep the blade from biting into skin.

Amenii exchanges looks with Nera, who still holding the razor, is now putting it down on the table. Making placating gestures, Nera advances, 'Wait. Wait. Wait. Start over, what has happened, from the beginning.' Grasping Jayde firmly by the shoulders she runs her hands up and down Jayde's arms, trying to bring her back to the moment.

Amenii shoots you a look that convays her thoughts ' She is going to remember that.' Before turning back to Jayde, who still looks very distressed.
Drawing in a deep breath, Nera gave the blue jays a sympathetic look of understanding. 'That sounds awful.' Pulling Jayde into a tight hug, allowing Amenii to slip out to get some clothes on. 'So she just called to complain about your life?'

Amenii, returning to the room sees Jayde weeping into Nera's arms and shoots an accusatory look as though to say. 'What did you do?'
Ignoring the look from her bunny lover, Nera guides the bluejay over to the sofa and pulled her down with her.
'That sounds awful.' Nera growled, her teeth already pulling back. 'What a horrible woman.'
'She kind of reminds me of my mother.' Amenii added, entering the conversation, hot cup of tea in her hands, which she pressed into Jayde's palms.

Nera looking over at Amenii smiles. 'You should have seen her mother at Christmas. It was like watching twin destroyers go at it in close proximity.' She gives Jayde a playful shake. 'My ears were burning for a week afterwards.'
