I only played the original Sonic the Hedgehog with an emulator back then, so I don't have that much experience in this field, but gosh, Mania (or now Mania+) is just really darn awesome, & you can tell how much love the game has. Flipping Mighty and Ray are back, & it's just great, y'know? Couldn't help but try something I had in mind ever since I saw that one trailer with a certain element in play.
Also, I can't stress it enough, but I just can't get enough of Hyper Potions sometimes . I also stumbled upon this original song , & I've kinda warmed up to it as I drew this~

And yeah, it's been really great to play this again with the new additions to it; I even got a bit of a speedrun fever with it for some time! If there is a game that deserves a physical release, I'm sure as heck glad it was this gem~
