Alice is a tiny girl in her late teens, devoted Wiccan, and an experienced medium from birth, but strictly likes to hold herself to a dominant position emotionally, though lacking everything physically. In addition to her weak frame, she fortunately has help from spirits by being a friendly medium. Without them, she'd be nothing. They have the abilities to heal her very slowly, but it's extremely torturous for her. Spirits with consent can talk through her or, if strong enough, can control her.
Alice's mind can sometimes go from one state to another quickly, though she's always stubborn no matter what; apart from how she treats the paranormal.

Her background and memories are very scarce and foggy. Some could say she's making it up as she goes ever since Habit's gotten control over her, thanks to his many- may I point out useless and discardable- servants. Originally, she was bait for a sick game of hungry dogs. Things turned around for her and he grew fond of her abilities- but never her mouth or attitude still to this day.
Although her name is Nevada; she earned the nickname "Alice" every now and then because, really, who cares what people's names really are? The use of Alice became so frequent, due to her wandering mind with spirits and stubbornness, that she adopted it.

As mentioned before, Alice is a medium. This is why she is held higher than other servants. Due to her physically useless state, he doesn't bother sending her out to do anything. But hell-- who says he hasn't gotten a kick outta sending her out randomly?! She's too weak to swing correctly sometimes. Other times, she's smashing something or someone to bits in a bout of anger. She always keeps things interesting.

The mask is symbolism for one of Habit's rabbits. Alice hates it, thinking it makes her seem "owned" and as if she's smaller than Habit himself(The truth is, she is owned). Despite a list of a hundred reasons why she hates the thing- she keeps it on. The reason is simple enough- she doesn't like being used while possessed randomly. She doesn't want Habit taking advantage of her because of a spirit.
The mask covers her eyes, which is a step to prevent Habit from knowing she's possessed at all.
