This is a simple thing, though i did not know how to do when i was new to C4D, so i decided to do a tutorial on it. Just for people who wanted to know how to do it. I also wanted to get the hang of doing tutorials for people in the future. My name is ~lazazal and in this tutorial i show you how to make certain faces on a shape have a different material to the main shape itself, through the use of "set selection."

It is a flash tutorial, and the end results look like the one in the pictures shown above, sure it isnt a great haircut, but it is just showing you how to use the set selection tool with a different material. Great to test on your smiley face, if you made one from =vozzz Tutorial ([link] ).
