I'll admit, I never played a lot of Spyro back in the day. I was a Nintendo kid, and whenever I played PS games at friends' houses, it was always Crash Bandicoot games. That was just the PS game that intrigued me the most. I think I played some of the first game very briefly when I was little, but I didn't get very far lol

I did manage to play two Spyro games growing up - Enter The Dragonfly and the first game in that reboot series for the Gamecube. Eventually, I did get my hands on the Reignited Trilogy when it first came out for PS4....and I think I'm in love

The gameplay has been very fun so far, but what sold me was the GORGEOUS redesigns and animation. It makes me crave a full-length animated movie done in this style. Another detail I like is the sound of Spyro's talons clacking on the ground whenever he runs. Reminds me of when our cat ran down the hallway for no reason (Spyro is a cute little kitty, it's officially confimed )

I'm honestly surprised there hasn't been another Spyro game since this one. Crash managed to squeeze out two more games and a mobile game since his return, why no Spyro? Maybe the whole Toys for Bob making Call of Duty games has something to do with it, but I sincerely hope that we see more games from this series soon....same goes for Crash, I don't wanna see him abandoned, either.
