Awwww ... Mac/Alan! I was so sad when he died. Especially because it was so unnecessary.
Such a cute pose! And such a good job with the markings! I especially love the white stripe down the bridge of his nose.

:> Yeah, I think it would have been nice to have him stick around.... I was tempted to add a little pink on his nose where the stripe met his nose. :>

That would have been so cute! It would have also added a little more color on a palette that's (not by your choice) a little monotonous. But it's beautiful just the way it is.

*nods* I could still do it. I just didn't want to get too far out there, because, aside from Bran and a few others... her color choices of wolves is rather basic. And she can sometimes leave details out, like which foot was suppose to be white. :/

LOL, yeah. Probably because she's writing a book, not a character profile. And something I've learned by my own experience, writing a head-to-toe description that's anything more than basic can make for a very dull read, because it's more technical than entertaining.
Although she did specifically mention that werewolf markings tend to be more dog-like than lupine.

Yeah. I was thinking about that, thus why I think Mac looks more husky then wolf at the moment. But I like my wolf markings...
But it's funny how she will mention some of the characters eye colors, but not others. *shrugs* She also mentioned that the from legs/shoulders are more cat like... but yeah... I didn't include that either (sticks to her more a-typical wolf drawings). Maybe I'll make a more accurate drawing of them. :/
