Description
I sometimes rigg my models by hand but when I export models from MQO the rotation of the bones gets all stupid!I dealt with it but its sooo annoying! My asami model on the right, I used a Default Miku bone set and the left I used Bones from Metasequoia
and the box on the bottim helps but Idlk what to do HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BONE NAMES all the bones are named correctly, The exported model works great with Motion data and poses and does not glitch, only rotates weird when I use theΒ X Y Z rotation tools in MMD
COMMENT IFΒ YOU CAN HELP ME!!!

Highlight all the bones in the selection box (the thing with the list, not the display window). Click the button "Local axes" to make it blue, then click the ">" sign to realign all the axes to the bones. DO NOT click "Axis limit".
That's as far as I know; I hope it helps! (Also, this comment is a lot late, so you might not need it anymore.)

Not being able to directly check the situation makes it harder... Can you maybe send me the arm of the model? With all the bones. But just the arm mesh. I'll try to see what I can do.

Maybe try fixing the same way you fix rotation bones; select your affected bone and click the arrow button below the local axes button and it'll generate some numbers according to the direction the bone tail is pointing. I know it works for rotation bones that don't rotate as they should, so maybe it'll fix the same for this types of bone?
no guarantees but it's worth a shot I think. c:

Click "Local axes" and set all to 0 (instead of 1).
I'm saying this by heart so I don't clearly know if it works or not, try it. owo/
