Not many ppl know it, but originally Tempest was supposed to be Cosmos - Celestia and Luna’s unicorn brother. The idea obviously didn’t work so we got our cute edge pony.
I decided to use the idea and design my own Cosmos - also Celestia and Luna’s brother and Elements of War’s boss and the big baddie Twilight and CO need to face after becoming Equestria’s rulers.
