This is the red ranger for a new team I'm working on (I promise requests will be coming soon, I just needed some time for life and personal projects)

They are called Power Rangers Twin Spark, and their powers are derived from merging their own "heroic spark" with that of an influential real life historical figure. Red here has the Tesla Spark due to his innate genius and curiosity as a "bedroom" inventor. The Tesla Spark enhances his ability to construct gadgets on the fly from odds and ends he has laying around (but forget how to make it a second time once the adrenalin wears off), and a powerful but brief lightning attack he calls Arc Corona (based on the principles of a Tesla coil).

Each of the five rangers are part of an amateur theatre troupe. Their director is the one who discovered the existence of the Hero Sparks through his long time friend Dr Thomas Greene, and Thomas' twin sister Gwendolyn Greene (a high school English lit teacher). But when the Greene's aren't able to merge with a true Spark, they turn themselves into monsters using the synthetic Sparks of fictional heroes. Seeing how far of the deep end the Synthetic Spark's have pushed them, he takes upon himself to put together a group of people who can draw out the true power of the real Hero Sparks and potentially have a chance of standing against the forces of Enigma and Mirage.

As you can see I have a storyline in mind for them, but I need your help. After enjoying the hell out of running an SYOC fan fic over on FF.net, I thought what the hell, I'll throw the idea out to dA.

Long story short, I'm looking for four additional ranger OCs. It goes without saying, but I'll say it anyway, they can be of any age, gender, race, sexuality, or whatever, just so long as they could logically be a part of the amateur theatre troupe.

Using the following format, I need:

NAME (Age - Gender) :: _____ SPARK :: RANGER COLOUR
A bit about themselves, their background and history, and maybe a struggle they're going through in their personal lives that could be teased out in to a plot line.

Some guidelines:

1) A Hero Spark can be of any influential historical figure within reason.

2) This means they have to be a real person (ie, someone of whom we have photos, writing, video, or some kind of hard evidence of their existence). Duh.

3) I don't want any Spark choices that are too controversial (I'm sure you get what I mean). Power Rangers is after all a kids show, and while the rating of my fan fic will probably be higher than that of the show itself, I still don't want to get into topics that are too heavy.

4) Each Spark gives its owner two powers. Usually one of these is offensive and one defensive. The owner of the Spark must demonstrate how they are similar to the historical figure, but this doesn't have to be anything hit-you-over-the-head-with-a-brick obvious. Any character who stops being similar to the historical figure in their spark, for whatever reason, will end up losing their powers. It's a synchronisation thing.

And that's pretty much it! I'll be creating a new submission with pixels of each of the final chosen rangers and a more comprehensive story line when the process is complete.
