Description
Secret Wars!When using this kaiju spell, there is a danger of being overpowered by the beast and permanently stuck as a rampaging monster. Fortunately, Pippin manages to end the spell and deals with the second side effect: injuries inflicted while in the kaiju form, stay even after the spell is broken.
The injuries sustained, however, are mostly flesh wounds with no damage to vital organs or bones. Pippin heals himself with a RED MINOTAUR health potion + energy drink, and takes a well-deserved rest next to his dead, yet still-creepy, adversary.
The Flesh Titan belonged to ~whipscorpion

Also, creepiness surpasses life and death. The giant, grinning arm behind Pippin is prove of that!

I couldn't just have him drink a health potion. It had to be a funny health potion.
I thought the severed arm in the background would be a nice final touch to this sequence and help give readers a better sense of scale.

Pippin: Infinite realities means infinite experiences. People exaggerate when they say I've seen everything. I've simply seen more than most.

Pippin: No mistakes. I realize with necromancy that many times severed body parts can still function independently. However, Dr. Haze's creations, while perverted and fantastical, were still built to function biologically. The Flesh Titan was no different. The two heads worked together in concert to operate the bulky body. Once the finishing blast severed the connection, the remaining parts of the body have no means of operating. Perhaps some functioning nerves can allow them to still twitch, but with nothing to choreograph their movements, they will soon rot and die like any other kind of flesh.
By the way, if this planet survives you can expect a massive influx of in the insect population in this area.

Pippin: On the plus side, insects are a main source of food for most ecosystems, giving this planet a boost in it's insectivore population and then carnivores and so forth up the food chain.

I shouldn't be surprised by this page really, as Pippin has pretty much every power imaginable! (yes, yes, I know they're all down to spells and potions, but he can basically do anything, can't he!) A great sequence for this chapter. I wonder if any of the others will include this epic battle in the background of their pages?

Actually, part of what motivated me to draw this fight fast and post these pages early is so that it might get included in other artists' pages who might take a little longer.
I meant for this sequence to last longer than four some odd pages and be really epic, but this is what happens when I draw panels with no plan beforehand for how they're going to fit on a page.
Still, I think I managed to pull off a part of the final battle that was cool and climactic.
