Definitely one of the more outlandish (non-Gen 3) scrapped designs. I like the gradient on its head... thingies. I have no idea what to call those. I just realised it's shaped like a Fleur de Lis.
The backsprite reference art that I made is based on the sprite by PokéCommunity's Dreadwing93.
