I spent 4 hours procrastinating finishing this what is wrong with me anyway this sprite's little sparkly bits are inspired by a combination of Spaceworld Bellossom (which also inspired my Bellossom sprite) and the Vanillite sprite in the "gen 1" sheet in The Spriter's Resource's "Gen 1 Customs" page.
The backsprite is based on the one by PokéCommunity's Dreadwing93.
