Ok, so This guy's completely ridiculous, and I love every bit of it! Definitely one of my favorite Ice Types...I actually have on Nicknamed 'TooScoops' (Yes, I know, wrong 'Two' but I think it makes it seem more like an actual Pokemon Name)
Unlike just about every other Pokemon Animation in my Gallery, this is just his Idle Animation...
