Strip 0050 — Description
Struggling Artist Productions was a sprite comic I did after being inspired by the Bob & George comic. I wanted to do something with sprites customized to look like people I knew, so the comic started off as a strip about work(Calgary Co-op). It then evolved into a strip also about going to art school(ACAD), and that's where things kind of fell apart.

I'd built a large fan base for the comic at work since everyone there could more or less relate and knew the characters in person. Once I started including ACAD in-jokes, nobody at work got them. Also, things literally fell apart when I became too busy with schoolwork to actually continue the strip, and so here it floats, in comic hell.

And here's the first cameo of Wayne's infamous Jewelry project: a spiffy-looking though completely non-functional chinese sword. My sprite doesn't do the thing justice.
