Description I felt like sewing something so I found Kaos-Melody's Octopus pattern, which worked well with some fleece colors I had lying around. I modified it a bit with suckers on the bottom and a snout thing (what are those called?). Pretty cute! I have to come up with my own pattern for a whale to be his friend, though.

Is the snout separate from the body? Like, did you make it separately?

It is indeed. It started out as a small rectangle of fabric. I sewed the ends together to form a tube. Then I folded it in half, stuffed it, and sewed it closed to make a donut shape, kinda. The description is probably more complicated than the actual process was...

Thank you! I need to post a picture of the whale I made as his friend. Didn't quite turn out like I wanted but still pretty cute!
