Man, there is just something super satisfying about drawing mad/crazy character's expressions! I also have a massive thing about rainbows, so how could I resist drawing a character with rainbow hair! I have to say, I feel like I did a pretty good job with this one! I always feel as though bright colours are my strength ^^ For those of you who don't know, this is Discomilf, Ragyo, from Kill la Kill. Her hair is no exaggeration! Hope you like her as much as I liked making her

And I love how you blended the the colors of her hair to fade into each other so seamlessly, as well as how you drew her lips.
