Dragon Ball - I'm sure i'm not the only one, dragon ball to me is a way of life to me. Goku was the PERFECT role model. The characters looked so cool that i started drawing them in class. It taught me to never give up and always be as good as you can be while staying humble.

Spiderman - With great power comes great responsibility. This line stuck with me
growing up and has become something I live by. It holds alot of truth to me. Peter was put me on rational thinking .

Marvel - Great characters who That I loved to learn about. . I always preferred Marvel
to DC growing up, it seemed a little less dark and I liked their characters more.

Capcom- So amazing! The art style of the games had me hooked from day 1 (Megaman X + street fighter 2). Once I saw that capcom logo I knew what I was buying would at least have an art style to feed off. Capcom is like a parent.

Their recent buisiness practices have let me down, but I still love them.

Martial Arts- The dept of it is just incredible. Its from this that I started being able to really draw. It put me in the right state of mind and taught me great discipline. Helped my channel all my anger through the arts.

Bruce lee- He put me on to the martial arts. His philosophies are things to live by. He broke his back and walked again... He gives me confidence, I was a little guy growing up so it showed me that If I work hard I wont be a pushover. R.I.P dragon.

Hip Hop- Music for the soul.

Wu-Tang- So, I'm not the only one who likes those kung fu movies huh? C.R.E.A.M was the the first track from them that I listened to and I was mind fucked. Everything a man should be about is Wu-Tang to me. Mad respect for RZA. It would be a dream come true to work with this man at least once in this life time. Such an amazingly talented individual.

Yutaka Nakamura- This guy... Growing up I always noticed how powerful certain scenes were, he is responsible for them. I don't even know if I have it in me to ever get this good but its what I'm aiming for. A LONG way to go.

Nature- Earth, fire, wind, water... Heart, go planet! Heh, on a serious note. How can mother earth not be an inspiration? Life itself is the greatest piece of art out there IMO. Take from it.

Shaman king- This manga enlightened me at a young age. It Changed the way I look at the world and helped me not to fear the unknown, but rather be intrigued by it . It widened my interest in nature as well. I use to love the city life until I started reading this. The Manga its MUCH better then the anime. I finished collecting it in 2010 only to find out that it was gonna pick up again. What awesome timing.

Hideo Kojima - Metal gear is probably the greatest game I have ever played. The combination of it feeling like 90s hollywood movie combined with aspects of anime was just incredible to me. Story telling at its finest IMO. ZoE series is also one of my favorites. I fell in love with this mans visions.

Kingdom Hearts- I remember in 7th grade I had to take a trip to Africa solo to have a change of scenery since things were not good at home and school. This was the first time my parents wasted money on a magazine for me.I decided to picked a gaming mag up. They had a little preview of KH. Sora's character design was incredible to me. So I drew him
until i ran out of paper.

"Its like a wizard of oz where the character lands in a world full of Disney and final fantasy characters."

I couldn't wait to play this game. I was only able to play it 2 years later after the release when I got enough money to buy myself a ps2.
Second greatest gaming experience of my life! Re-living my childhood without the musicals and a touch of anime was just to much XD

Samurai Champloo- This show! Hip- hop and samurais, how you go wrong? When I first watched it was around the same time I watched FLCL and started really getting into anime. I was in high school at the time. I use to be a little insecure about liking anime (people would call me a no life for watching it -_-) Until I saw this.I just stopped caring about what people said about it. When ever someone would try to hate I would show them the fist episode.

Lesean Thomas- The trailblazer. Self taught and hired right after high school, he didn't go to college for animation. First African american to get hired overseas with a permanent position in Seoul, Korea. It was a dream of mine to be the first African american to get a position of the sort. ( I aim high, almost to high if there is such a thing) LeSean is my proof that we can succeed in the field with out any discrimination so long as you have the skills, the passion and the drive. I truly respect and admire this man.

Watch out for his Cannon Busters Coming soon!

Yoshihiko Umakoshi- His character designs are just amazing. Street fighter alpha the animation is how I was introduced to him. I watch the movie almost everyday, no joke.

GAINAX - O_O. Yea, that's usually the type of face I make while watching their Shows. FLCL, Gurren Laggan and Diebuster 2 all had my jaw dropping as much as Dragon ball. Their drawings are so dynamic I just love it. Very talented group of people.

Rejean Dubois - Something about his work gets me going. I guess I just love his style.

Hyung-Tae Kim - Really great clothing. Character designs are do die for.

Takeshi Koike - Look him up lol!

Japan - The mother land of all that is dope. Seriously, everything up to this point that has caught my attention originates from Japan. I'm fascinated by the culture. Gotta visit there soon.

Tite Kubo - Dragon ball with swords. I'm a big fan of Kubo's art. His shots make it so that when I read the manga it feels like I'm watching an anime. I also really like the cast
