My grandmother actually developed Alzheimer's after I came out, and she's pretty conservative so my family lightly advised that we just kind of...never tell her. Still though, that doesn't stop her from asking about my girlfriend every time!

I have, but I dunno. It's just kinda messy. I'm very out and everything and my parents are super-supportive, but with this situation we kind of just figured it might be more trouble than it's worth. Especially because she won't even remember :/
