Balloon Fun 3 — Description
Conclusion to 's prize. Peach and Chun Li gang up on Rouge and give her a taste of her own medicine, only for the mastermind to show up. After a breif feeding of Helium, Nyu is ready with her big poofy balloon animal stand.

This wasn't exactly the request, but I had to shorten it due to only being 3 pages. Originally I wasn't even going to have that part with Nyu, but later figured out how to add it in so at least we'd have a perpetrator.
