Description
Colored the art that did.As we can see here, Zero is conducting a few experiments to see the power of Ultra V's lungs. She blows as hard as she can into the device which measures the pressure. But the one way valve was turned off, so all the air she blew into the balloon went straight back into Ultra v, causing her to inflate. A mild accident, but interesting results still. Ha ha!
