Hailing from the hustling and bustling streets of Grand Metropolis,Carrie or as others may refer to as "Cheesecake Carrie",Spends her busy days running her own cheesecake restaurant where she bakes and serves the most unique cheesecakes that anyone on Mobius has every enjoyed,Whether it's cherry,Chocolate,Strawberry,Key Lime,Lemon,Topped with ice cream,You name it and she's got it nice and delicious for you with a side of pie,She also makes pies as a side serving! And her fine baking has been admired by a handful of Mobians in her town for they would always enjoy such a nice time enjoying her cheesecakes,Giving her smiles and a good amount of Rings and for Carrie,Life is perfect.

One afternoon,When she was going to open up shop for the day - She ran into Brenda Buffetina who wanted to talk to her about how deliciously wonderful she makes her cheesecakes and pies and how happy it's making everyone in Grand Metropolis and she offered Carrie a spot in the Shining Beacon Buffet by adding her cheesecakes and pies to the dessert tables and spreading her shops all across Mobius and without a doubt,Carrie graciously accepted the offer,And as a result - The whole of Mobius fell in deep love with Carrie's delectable cheesecakes and pies so much that they simply can't get enough of them and thanks to Brenda who has enhanced the taste of them,The Mobians had been getting fatter and heavier by the day and they didn't seem to mind one bit and neither does Carrie for happiness truly matters to her the most.
