Born and Raised in the beautiful and knowledge-ridden city of Spagonia,Comes one of the prettiest Supermodels and most-popular Fashion Designers who goes by the name of "Noemi",She had always believed in a dream of being a world-famous Fashion Model but she also had a dream of being a popular Fashion Designer as well and who says that she can't be both? Nobody! She decided to start pursuing her dream of becoming both a Fashion Model and Designer by attending Spagonia University to see if she has what it takes to make her dreams come true,Since she attended and from time to time - Noemi had steadily worked on her fashion skills very nicely and was able to come up with colorful and beautiful dresses and clothing as well as beautiful accessories through her amazing sense of creativity and passed with perfect grades and was voted "Most Fashionable" upon graduation and that was a great sign that she will make it big throughout Mobius.

But about a few weeks after starting her career,One day - Noemi was putting the finishing touches on a vibrantly colorful set of summer clothing,Her town was suddenly attacked and invaded by a mysterious group of robots and they were seeking out any fashion boutique they can find as part of a takeover plan set by an evil Fashion Designer named Faux - Noemi was shocked to see her fellow Mobians of Spagonia under attack by those troublesome robots and she won't have any of it for she also had passing grades in Martial Arts Class and became a fierce fighter through the art of Karate,Jeet Kune Do,Vale Tudo and Judo as she stepped into the streets to protect the city she loves and her friends by charging forward as she knocks out each robot she saw around her and was able to power through with offensive-defensive techniques until each robot was put into submission,Still dismayed that someone like Faux would want to reshape the world of fashion in her image and in response to the invasion,Noemi deemed Faux as her nemesis and vowed to put an end to her schemes once and for all.

Noemi is a sweet,Caring and free-spirited girl who loves all sorts of fashion and always likes to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it the most and is always there to protect innocent Mobians from harm with her sheer fighting skills,She also had passing grades in Technology Classes and she was able to use that knowledge to upgrade her fashion tools to double as weapons she can use in battle,Scissor-Swords that double as either dual-handled or dual-wielded,A measuring tape that can double as a whip,Grappling hook or a tightrope,Bracelets that can shoot lasers,A handheld sewing machine that can double as a Machine Gun,Laser Blaster or a turret and many more,Noemi currently travels throughout Mobius with a special RV that doubles as her home,Her base of operations complete with a fashion lab for working on fashion designs whenever she's bored,She also uses it as a way to answer calls from other Mobians whenever Faux is up to no good and she will be there,But little does she know is that Faux is not planning to conquer the world alone though!
