The challenge in minimalist illustration work like this, is to express form with so few lines. I like the line work a lot here.
Personally, I would have minimized or left out the grayscale shading, and left out the texture work. Sometimes less is more, allowing the simple lines to tell the story for you.

Suggestion: One problem I am having is that this piece is displaying too bi, so I have to scroll up and down to see it, and cannot see the entire thing on one screen. Ideally, you want it to fit your art to a typical screen, without scrolling, so that you can see the entire image. Then if they want to see the larger version, they can click on download (if you allow it). You can set the pixel dimensions that each item displays at. I have to scroll up and down to see the entire thing, and I cannot really stand back to see the entire thing together.
When this is reduced down to be seen on a sheet of paper, it works well. What I just did was downloaded the image to my computer, opened it and shrank it on the screen so I could see it smaller.
However, if this was a drawing to be displayed in a gallery, sometimes I thing there is beauty just in the simplicity of the lines, letting the lines tell the story and the mind filling in the contours. At the same time, I do not want to say that you should do one instead of the other. I just happen to line minimalist art.

But I think it is fine to put it as an individual piece of art. Remember my first comment, that I liked the line work a lot, but I would personally have reduced the shading and texture work. I think this is a very good drawing. I went on in my next comment to explain that I happen to appreciate minimalist art. My individual liking of minimalist drawing should never influence your art or how you see your art. I simply gave you personal input. Remember my original comment that I liked this a lot. The rest is artistic discussion of styles.
Did you understand what I meant about it displaying this drawing too big? When you submit your art, you set the pixel size it will display at on the page. You can decrease this size so that people can see the entire thing on one screen. It is like going to an art gallery and seeing an oil painting too close. You need to be able to step back and see the entire thing. People can still the close-up detail work by clicking on download (it is already watermark protected).
If you do not know how to change the settings, I can walk you through it in a note.
In conclusion, I think it was a good idea to share this drawing with us. It is good work.

no problem i know what u told me about the size, is just that i am having it in its original size if i have to use it as a back up some time... (imagining i lost the original) ... also i love to see things big size!

No, you don't understand. When you go to submit your art, you upload your full size art. Then, when you fill out the submission page, like title, artist description, there is a place to pull-down what size to display it. Then, if you want, you can check the box to allow download, which allows anyone who wants to see the full-size image to see it, when they click on the download button.
To change the setting for display size on the DA page:
1. Simply click on the Edit Deviation button on the page the art is on.
2. Under Full View Size Pull-down the menu and choose something like 800 pixels wide.
3. Below that menu, if you wish, you can check the box for "Allow Download of Original," but don't do this if your work is not watermarked (which it is in this case).
4. Click on Save Changes.
5. Sometimes it takes time to refresh the page. You can also manually refresh the page if it shows blank the first time, or go back to your gallery, then back to the art.
6. If you do not like the size it is showing, simply go back to EDIT and change it until you like it.
7. All Done.

i know that! is just that i dont want people downloading it!... that is why i've just learned how to put the water mark on it, and i like to make it preview in a big size cause i like big images!

Ok. Just so you know, you do not need to click download to download it, you simply command-drag the art from your DA page to your computer's desktop or to a folder.
As for big images, I guess that is a matter of person like. Example, go to my Sandpiper Logo Artwork [link] then click on Download. The artwork is so big that you cannot see the entire thing on one screen and must scroll around. You cannot get an idea of the art work.
If you must scroll around to see the entire artwork, you do not get a good sense of it as a whole. In an art gallery, you stand back to take in the art as a whole, then you can go close-up to the art to see detail work. We simply have a different way of seeing art, which is, of course, perfectly good my friend.
