Fascinating shot! Interesting characters, each with a unique look, but with a focus on the intensity of the expression of the man in the foreground. I think the face of the man on the left has too much light and it tends to draw my eye away from the central character because it's on a dark background. Regardless, great photo! Well done!

This reminds me of BenoitPaille's work, which is a monumental compliment from me because he is one of my favorite portrait photographers...ever. The center composition is interesting and you've broken the rule of thirds perfectly. The clarity of the main subject and soft focus on the models in the background sort of tell a story. I love it.
