Apparently i'm not the only one that did the mistake though. When I submitted the picture I double checked on google to make sure it was the right name and it's plenty of entries with "merIlion"

if so , then it needs LESS light smoothing

actually yes, it's photomatix and it's with the maximum light smoothing.
I could try to redo the tone mapping with a lower value but I don't remember all the other settings
